Products

Our goal is to simplify and optimize your material handling process with our wide range of products that are cost-efficient, long-lasting, and reliable. We use only the best materials at Carter Associates, as well as the most productive assembly method. We offer sleeves, thermoforming, totes, dunnage, structural laminates, and signs. For our sleeves and totes, we use Tuf-Pak because they are the most durable shipping containers on the market. These sleeves and totes maximize storage space with their collapsibility and reduce return freight costs through their reusability.

For thermoforming we offer thermoformed packaging, dunnage, and pallets. With our custom thermoformed pallets, you have the ideal storage for our corrugated plastic sleeves and shipping totes. They are made to fit anywhere with their collapsibility and stacking options, which in turn give your facility more floor space when you need it most. We also have custom vacuum formed components, materials, and assemblies for dunnage, OEM components, and pallets. With our 3D CAD availability, we design your custom parts from the ground up.

If you are interested in constructing a temporary or moveable structure, our structural laminates are a great solution. We have our structural laminates available in fiberglass, polypropylene, ABS, polystyrene, X-link foam, and more. For ideal weather proofing, our structural laminates are perfect for structures such as deer blinds, RV walls, and insulated packaging.

Prototyping and Engineering

Carter Associates gives its clients a cost-efficient prototyping service by having virtual sampling. Through this service, we can give you a preview of your dunnage with a visual representation. If you would like to receive a virtual sample – send us the part that you wish to create packaging for and within a week, our graphic design team will make you a detailed graphic showing your part paired with the proposed dunnage.
